SCOTT HAYES
President/ Director of Hubert H. Hayes, Inc.

Scott is certified by the NYC Dept. of Buildings as our Company Director and has been in the elevator industry for over 30 years, he handles mostly Elevator Modernization Projects & Elevator Maintenance Evaluations. He also steps in to witness cat 1 & 5 inspections as well. Scott is also a certified QEI Inspector which he can use to witness inspections outside of NYC. 

TYLER HAYES
Office Manager

Tyler handles all scheduling of Cat 1 & 5 inspections for Third Party Witnessing as well as Accounting needs, including invoices and payments. He also helps with other administrative tasks around our office. He can also be contacted for general inquiries for elevator related projects.


MICHAEL GLOVER
Co-Director/ Lead Field Inspector

Michael is certified with the NYC Dept. of Buildings as our Co-Director and handles most of our Cat 1 and 5 Inspections around the 5 boroughs. Michael is also a certified QEI Inspector which he can use to witness inspections outside of NYC. He has started to take on some Elevator modernization jobs as well. 

LISA MESSINA
Administrative Assistant

Lisa Handles all paperwork needed to file with The NYC Dept. of Buildings, including ELV3 forms on DOBNOW as well as DLM (Door Lock Monitoring) Sign off Requests. She also helps with other administrative tasks around our office. 


TOWANNA PINNOCK
Administrative Assistant

Towanna handles invoicing, helping with scheduling of inspections & DOBNOW Sign off requests. Towanna also helps with any administrative tasks that need to be done around the office. 

ANTHONY DAW
Field Inspector

Tony is Certified by the NYC Dept. of Buildings as an inspector for our company. His day to day work includes witnessing of Cat 1 & 5 Inspections.
